Ford Capri - All British Day (Brisbane) 2019
The All British Day is always a good event to attend. The surroundings are pleasant, the weather was good, the cars are always interesting & the people have an interest in cars. As usual, the cars were many and varied. On the lower oval (referred to as the The Field of Dreams), there were plenty of lovely Jags & Rollers, including an ex-Governor's limo. The commoners occupy the top oval & there was a really good turn out this year. I think every British make was represented. There were 4 Capris (my 1600 Deluxe, 2 RS3100s and a rare 1962 Ford Consul Capri). Also well represented were the small Fords - heaps of Escorts, Cortinas, Prefects, and Zephyrs. Here are some pics (click to enlarge).
